Peaceful Piecing 💗

I wish I could say I've been productive over the last two weeks, but I haven't. Just like everyone, I've been watching the unfolding pandemic around the world with great sadness in my heart. But, I can't operate on that level for very long or I'll just stop functioning. So, I'm turning to piecing because it brings me peace. Just stitching little things in my little corner of the world. I hope you are finding something to do that brings you comfort, too. with love, 💗 faith.

Egg Mug Rugs!

Those of you who know me, may remember that I'm pretty fond of chickens & chicken fabrics (& piggies, too, but I digress!). But, do you know I have an Egg Mug Rug Pattern?  It's a cutie - good for anytime, but especially Easter.

It's a great way to use up fabric scraps, rick-rack, lace or even try out some cool decorative stitches. It's fun & only available online at my Etsy shop: Egg-cellent Mug Rug Pattern - Etsy

Last Easter, Quilting Digest featured my Egg-cellent Mug Rug Pattern on their website - here's their lovely writeup with more photos:

And, be sure to check out all the other designs at Quilting Digest under "Topics - Easter Quilts" - it's a great site!  love, faith.

Happy Easter - soon!

The checkout guy said: "You know it's still winter - right?!!"  Oh yes, but Easter is coming!  I will have Violas - or Johnny Jump Up's - or whatever you call them :)  And, they will be on the table instead of planted outside. Because it's still Winter outside - with a little touch of Spring on the inside :)  Happy Easter - Happy Spring!  love, faith.
